The Seven Doorways and the Art of Sequencing

This class will consist in opening up seven doorways to find freedom in your body and mind.

Using a flowing series of postures to create heat within your body, you will increase strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. You will be guided through the flow, once the flows are set you will have freedom to move at your own pace, moving to the rhythm of your breathe.

Following the class we will learn to create sequences and transitions that make sense for the movement in the body in proper way. Helping avid practitioners and yoga teachers build their own flows.
