Natalya (spiritual name - Gianjot Kaur) is a kundalini yoga teacher and reiki practitioner. She spreads the light as a teacher, business person and a human. She is an IKYTA certified (500 hours) and continues to expand her knowledge through constant practice and each person she meets. Natalya has taken specialty courses in curing cold depression; teaching children with special needs; conscious communication; authentic relationships; mind and meditation; lifecycles and lifestyles; vitality and stress and her journey continues .It is her dream to create an environment to expand each person’s consciousness to the level of self-reliance and self-respect and beyond, so that we could build the community where everyone expresses their highest potential and creativity and enjoys life to the fullest.
